For the release of seizures & non-consent vehicles:

In order for Apple Towing to release your vehicle you will need the following:

  • Valid Drivers License and or Government issued photo ID card (passport, military ID, state issued ID).

  • Proof of ownership: Vehicle title, vehicle registration, bill of sale, or valid insurance policy.

  • All fees to be paid in cash, cashier's check, money order, or credit card (Discover not accepted).

  • If a HOLD has been placed on your vehicle by a law enforcement agency, you must obtain a release from that agency before the vehicle can be released. 

For the release of auction purchases: 

In order for Apple Towing to release your vehicle you will need the following:

  • An appointment must be made with the storage facility.

  • If original buyer intends on picking up the asset: Buyer (named on Bill of Sale) must show copies of the Bill of Sale, Property Release Form and valid ID. 

  • If buyer intends on sending an agent or transport service to pickup the asset: The buyer must complete the Release Authorization section at the bottom of the Property Release Form stating that the named person picking up your asset is permitted to do so on your behalf. That person must show physical copies of that Bill of Sale, signed Property Release with Release Authorization section completed, the buyers' ID, and the agent's ID.
